Set to mute audio and stop video after locking the machine (Recommendation Setting)

Default policy is to send audio and stop video after locking the machine. If this setting is true, client will mute audio and stop video after locking the machine. If this setting is false, client will not mute audio and stop video after locking the machine. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
