Set to disable the ability of the host to broadcast messages to breakout rooms (Recommendation Setting)

Default setting is disabled. If this setting is enabled, client will disable the ability of the host to broadcast messages to breakout rooms. If this setting is disabled, client will not disable the ability of the host to broadcast messages to breakout rooms. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
