Set to disable meeting chat when joining other cloud's meetings (Recommendation Setting)

Default setting is disabled. If this setting is enabled, when joining other cloud's meetings, client will disable meeting chat if the EnforceSignInToJoin and OverrideEnforceSigninIntercloud flags are set. If this setting is disabled, when joining other cloud's meetings, client will not disable meeting chat. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
