Enable dual monitor if system supports (Recommendation Setting)

Default setting is disbled. If this setting is enabled, client will enabled dual monitor mode for meeting. If this setting is disabled, client will disable dual monitor mode for meeting. If this setting is not set, client will use default setting.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
