Disable local ASR feature (Recommendation Setting)

Default policy is disabled. If this policy is enabled, the client will not use local ASR feature. If this policy is disabled, the client will use local ASR feature. If this policy is not set, the client will use the default setting.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
