Set to enable independent media data port

Default policy is no different port. IIf this setting is true, client will use different ports for media data as below: AUDIO: 8803 AS: 8802 VIDEO: 8801 If this setting is false, client will use default setting. If this policy is not set, client will use default setting.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
