Set to hide the 'Discover What's New' menu (Recommendation Setting)

Default policy is disabled. If this policy is enabled, the client will hide the 'Discover What's New' menu. If this policy is disabled, the client will not hide the 'Discover What's New' menu. If this policy is not set, the client will use the default setting.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
