Default policy is disabled. If this policy is enabled, the Windows client will trigger proxy detect logic for 30 mins and network change situation. If this policy is disabled, the Windows client will not trigger proxy detect logic for 30 mins and network change situation. If this policy is not set, the Windows client will not trigger proxy detect logic for 30 mins and network change situation.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
