Disable the screenshot feature in the desktop client (Recommendation Setting)

Default policy is disabled. If this policy is enabled, all screenshot functions on the client will be disabled. If this policy is disabled, the client will use the default setting. If this policy is not set, the client will use the default setting.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
