Disable login with Microsoft (Recommendation Setting)

Default setting is disabled. If this setting is enabled, login with Microsoft will be disabled. If this setting is disabled, login with Microsoft will be enabled. If this setting is not set, client will use default setting.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
