Disable full dump generation on windows platform client (Recommendation Setting)

Supported OS tags: WindowsXP

Default policy is disabled. If this policy is enabled, the client will not be able to generate full dump. If this policy is disabled, the client can generate full dump. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
