Show unread message count for meeting chats (Recommendation Setting)

Default policy is disabled. If this setting is true, client will show unread message count for meeting chats. If this setting is false, client will not show unread message count for meeting chats. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
