Set to support Windows extend protection for NTLM authentication

Default policy is disabled. If this policy is enabled, client will support Windows extend protection for NTLM authentication. If this policy is disabled, client will not support Windows extend protection for NTLM authentication. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
