Enable to send dumps to Zoom backend to improve the service

Supported OS tags: WindowsXP

Default policy is no automatically uploading dumps. If this setting is true, client will automatically upload dumps. If this setting is false, client will not automatically upload dumps. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
