Enable to send critical-failure-logs to Zoom backend to improve the service

Default policy is no automatically uploading critical-failure-logs. If this setting is true, client will automatically upload critical-failure-logs. If this setting is false, client will not automatically upload critical-failure-logs. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
