Enable the new login UI

Supported OS tags: WindowsXP

Default policy is enabled. If this policy is enabled, the client will use the new login UI. If this policy is disabled, the client will not use the new login UI. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
