Disable the new setting UI

Supported OS tags: WindowsXP

Default policy is disabled. If this policy is enabled, the client will not use the new setting UI. If this policy is disabled, the client will use the new setting UI. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
