Disable client update from 32 bit to 64 bit

Supported OS tags: WindowsXP

Default policy is disabled. If this policy is enabled, client will not update from 32 bit to 64 bit. If this policy is disabled, client will update from 32 bit to 64 bit. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
