Disable Editing Quick Settings

Supported OS tags: Windows11

If you enable this policy, the user will be unable to modify Quick Settings. If you disable or don't configure this policy setting, the user will be able to edit Quick Settings, such as pinning or unpinning buttons.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
