No Default Bookmarks

If this policy is enabled, the default bookmarks and Smart Bookmarks (Most Visited, Recent Tags) are not created. If this policy is disabled or not configured, default bookmarks and Smart Bookmarks (Most Visited, Recent Tags) are created. Note: this policy is only effective if used before the first run of the profile.

This policy has no additional user input fields.
